EMPLOYER SERVICES

COCC provides a free access job posting board for both job seekers and job providers called COCCStudentJobs.  Employers are encouraged to create a FREE profile on our job board and self-manage the positions that they would like to advertise to COCC students and alumni.  The following instructions will assist employers in this process:

• Go to www.coccstudentjobs.com.
• Create an Employer Profile (under "Are you new to this system", click on "Employers").  Check if your organization already exists.
  • If your organization already exists, click on the organization name and register yourself as a new contact person:
    1. Enter a username and password to be used on the system.
    2. Enter information regarding the employer contact person.
    3. Once all information has been submitted, your registration is pending approval.  Once approved (typically within 24 hours) you will receive a confirmation email.
  • If your organization does not already exist, follow the instructions to begin the employer registration:
  1. Enter a username and password to be used on the system
  2. Enter all required (and encouraged to enter all optional) information regarding your organization.
  3. Enter information regarding the employer contact person.
  4. Once all information has been submitted, your registration is pending approval.  Once approved (typically within 24 hours) you will receive a confirmation email.
• Once you have received the confirmation email you can log into the system using your username and password and begin posting job opportunities.
